Isabel Allende – escritora Chilena.
Ms. Allende is the author of The House of the Spirits, Eva Luna and Paula, among many other works. She is a prolific writer, but before that she was a journalist for a Chilean women’s magazine, for TV shows and movie documentaries. She has earned numerous honors, both as a writer and as a feminist in Latin America, North America and Europe. Ms. Allende has also earned Honorary Degrees in her native Chile, in the United States and Italy. Her work has inspired films and documentaries.
